When I first started out, I had no idea I would be deadlifting and like it, or be able to do pull ups on my own, let alone what those moves even were. Working with someone I could relate to gave a sense of ease learning my way around the gym.
My trainer has helped me see things I am capable of at the gym, pushed me and helped me set some goals. Whether you want to train long term or just enough to learn your way around the gym I would recomend any of the Next trainers!
I started my personal training journey earlier this year. The program he designed for me – based on my goals and my limits have started showing desired results. There is still a long way to go, but the program has influenced me positively. It has helped me build a gym routine.
My trainer is very observant and tweaks the routine as per my ability. He also ensures I eat right and get my protein intake correct. The friendly chit-chat also makes it fun rather than a chore.
NextFit staff are also very polite and friendly. The gyms are also very well equipped. During the last few months I understood how a majority of the machines work. So far one of the best gym experiences I have had in NJ.
