the classics

Chisel: A 55-minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curl type exercises. Always expect a variety of strength training & occasional-short cardio intervals. Come ready to work!

Power Hour: A full body workout that combines functional training, weights, resistance bands, and other equipment to focus on building strength and power.

Total Body: This interval training class uses strength and cardio movements to work the entire body. It is designed with variations for all fitness levels and will help you build strength and endurance.

Total Kettlebell: A full body workout centered on the unique features and design of the kettlebell. Proper form and technique will be emphasized and encouraged. A great program for strength, endurance, and total body conditioning.

Cardio

Cardio Conditioning: A challenging mix of intense, dynamic, fast paced exercises and cardiovascular endurance to improve overall conditioning and wellness. A non-stop, calorie burning workout that can be performed high or low impact, depending on your needs.

Cardio Sculpt: Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!

Circuit Blast: A combination of strength, HIIT and and core exercises, 8-10 stations, performed for approximately 30-45 seconds each. A total body workout for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced!

Circuit Training: Enjoy heart racing varieties of movements and circuited time frames. Get ready for weights, bands, steps, kettlebells, and intense bodyweight movements to develop your strength, endurance and stamina.

INTERVALS

HIIT: A great 45 min. training format in which low to moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. HIIT can be applied to many exercises, such as jumping rope or squatting. HIIT is considered to be much more effective than traditional cardio because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before.

RIPPED!: Total body workout utilizing resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, and endurance to attain & maintain your physique in ways that are fun, achievable and effective. Because RIPPED is plateau-proof, each component of the workout provides a different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format.

Tabata/Core: This is an advanced, high intensity interval workout that will take you to a higher level of fitness, helping you burn calories and build endurance. Each Tabata set involves alternating four-six high intensity or anaerobic exercises for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes. This workout is best suited for advanced exercisers comfortable with high intensity training. Great cross training for athletes.

X-FACTOR45: Cardio Circuit workout combining resistance training and HIIT moves. All over body workout wrapped up in 45 minutes.

CARDIO INTERVALS: This class combines high- and low-impact cardio intervals to improve your endurance and cardiovascular health. High-intensity intervals will push you to your limits, while low-impact intervals offer a gentler workout for your joints. Together, they provide a balanced and effective approach to improving your overall fitness.

STRONG30 + TONING: The first 30 minutes combines cardio, fighting elements and muscle-conditioning moves, all perfectly synced to the beat of high-energy music… IT’S NOT DANCING, It’s STRONG Nation! Let yourself push past your limits to tone, torch, and strengthen your whole body. Then we finish with 30 minutes of a total upper body workout using toning sticks.

In addition, classes will offer a variety of styles within Hatha yoga which exposes the students to a number of different teaching approaches, yoga philosophies and helps the participant find their own practice.

Barre-lates: This format is based on strength and balance and will incorporate ballet, yoga and cardio bursts throughout the class. kick boxing

K-BOX45: High Intensity 45 minute Cardio Kickboxing combining upper and lower body Martial Arts and Athletic Moves. Nothing like burning serious calories to the Beat of the Music!

Kickbox Bootcamp: Unlike other martial arts, cardio kickboxing was developed not as a form of self-defense but rather as a form of exercise. In spite of this distinction, cardio kickboxing employs much of the spirit and many of the techniques of traditional martial arts. As a form of exercise, cardio kickboxing offers a well-rounded combination of resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning.
