Mom and Dad, get your workout in. We understand the importance of training for parents. Get it done worry-free while your child is cared for by our experienced staff.  

HOW IT WORKS

Simply bring your child in before your workout.

Sign them in, grab a pager, and off you go!

If your child needs you in any capacity, the staff will page you.

Children Must be at least 6 months old

please keep sick kids at home

Monday  5:30pm-7:30pm

Tuesday 8:00am-10:30am

Wednesday 8:00am-10:30am, 5:30pm-7:30pm

Thursday 8:00am-10:30am

Friday 8:00am-10:30am

Saturday 7:00am-11:00am
