Are you eager to tackle the challenge ahead but need some training support? Our clients who train in the lead-up to the event experience increased confidence and a greater likelihood of achieving their desired ranking.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO DO

1. Weigh in. The numbers you need to hit will be based on your weight. Weigh in will begin at 7:30am and run until 8:30am. Competition starts 9am.

2. Choose a ranking you’d like to attempt. You must hit ALL categories in order to rank in that category. Even missing just one will bump you down a ranking.

3. Train. This isn’t your random competition you can throw yourself into. Get familiar with the moves and what it feels like to perform each one. Remember, you’ll have to do all of them within an hour on the same day. We have training packages available up to 8 weeks prior to competition day.
